A chance to learn more in life is golden. I have a lot to offer and hope to join you.

Experience

Currently, he is the lead trainer for Glovo Content; English Africa covering Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria and Ghana and also a HR Intern at Cultural Intelligence. The internship being virtual and taking up few hours a day, does not affect his day to day. As a team leader at Glovo Content Team, he takes part in leading personnel to achieve better performance and provide optimal results through onboarding new agents, training all related personnel on the best work practices, motivating personnel and taking part in the performance review process. As a graduate holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, the current position best fits to learn and grow more.

Apart from this, he has worked as a manager, handling administrative and managerial roles in Timas Restaurant, a growing enterprise in the hospitality industry. Interested in acquiring more knowledge in operations, management and better understanding of the business world, he worked beside the Founder, facing immense pressure which enhanced development in character. In this period, he had a chance to take part in the recruitment process too, where he learned that people should not be judged only by credentials but also what they are willing to put on the table. Simply put, a good recruiter should be a good judge of character.

Through my education journey I gained in depth knowledge of the necessity of good relations among all stakeholders. This was made clearer while I acted as an attaché at KENGEN. Human Resource Management is necessary in maintaining good relations and increasing performance. This journey enhanced my skills and built up my ability to point out gaps and to solve arising issues.

Education

The most recent education level was attained in Maasai Mara University, handling Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.

Before this, he had joined KCA to further deepen his knowledge on the practical utility of computers and software taking into account that technological advancement is greatly impacting the business world.
