My name is Faith Kimwaki,i am 25 years old with a Diploma in Catering and Accomodation Management and I humbly submit my application to your office for the above mentioned post.
I have a 3 years experience in the customer service industry, having worked in various establishments namely: Deco publishers in the front office department ,Party Island lounge as a supervisor,Mama Rocks burgers as a server and most recently as a customer service representative in Cleanfax drycleaners.
Generaly i have gained training and experience in customer service and front of office management.
I also possesses excellent Microsoft computer application skills and have a good understanding of the Point of Sale system.
I am honest, self-motivated,a team player, results oriented and am eager to learn more for both personal and organization's growth.I personally believe in good morals and values.
I believe that i possess adquate experience in the hospitality industry ,i'm ready to learn more and continue to shapen my skills in different areas of a hotel or restaurant.I hope my academic qualifications  and exposure meet the needs of your esteemed Organization.
