About Linda Mogere:

I am a self driven person who has a passion in the customer service industry. Currently, I have two years experience as a customer service representative. I am passionate about working diversely in dealing with people that is, ensuring that I give services which will make customers be satisfied. I have skills in Microsoft Office.

Experience

Since 2021, I have been working as a Customer Service Representative. I started as an Administrative Assistant and later on I got promoted to a customer service role. It has been an awesome experience because with time I have been able to perfect my skills in the field that I am in now. 

Education

I have a degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nairobi. I also have have a certificate in ICDL from Institute of Advanced Technology, as well as a certificate in Customer Service from Cambridge International College. I also have a diploma in Business Management and Administration.
