Sales & Marketing  Manager – Pulsar Holdings Limited – 21/8/2022 to Current.  Main Responsibilities 
My duties include ;Duty allocation, Training  sales representative, setting targets, Monitoring and evaluation of work done, record management, Identification of Market areas, Assisting the company in customer service among other roles assigned by the director. 
Pulsar holdings limited is a private company  located  at Kikuyu Town that deals with real estate. As a sales and marketing  manager , I was responsible in; 

• Allocation of duties to sales representatives • Setting targets and identification of target markets 
• Monitoring and evaluation of work done. 
• Creating and managing client’s records  
• Providing marketing strategies to the company to increase sales as well as reduce its cost of operation.

Stock and Credit Supervisor – Kinangop Dairy limited- March 2020 to August 2020 
Main Responsibilities 
My duties included: Daily reconciliation, billing, Customer service, filling, Printing documents and reporting. 
At Kinangop dairy limited ,I exercised my skills in controlling credit through; 
• Printing updated monthly customer statements detailing ,customer's credit notes and invoices and making sure its reconciled. 
• Responding to Audit reports on  queries involving daily  entries made such as customer's credit notes and invoices and responding to them on time. 
• Confirming reconciliation of fresh routes and direct deliveries routes and making sure they have zero running balances. 
• Handling customers complaints such as ,Failure to deliver the right products by the delivery clerk and any other complaints that needed my attention  
• Charging and or billing customers who have received the products without invoices to prevent losses to the company  
• Responsible in writing daily reports on returns and their nature which I communicated to the assistant manager or the manager in charge of stock and credit control department  

Key Achievements 
▪ Working closely with Managers, I ensured that delivery clerks and direct sales representative were responsible in dispatching products to the customers by employing stringent controls measures on the nature of returns. 
▪ Oversaw the updates of customers account to facilitate reconciliation which ensured efficiency in delivery of products. 
▪ Worked closely with other departments such as finance, dispatch to implement, improve and maintain, policies, structures, and procedures thereby achieving efficiency in the department. ▪ Handling customers complaints 

Reconciliation Assistant – Kinangop dairy limited – August 2020 to February 2021. 
Main duties include ;reconciliation ,SYPRO programs, requisition of materials, preparing documents, data entry ,monitoring, problem solving, printing documents ,credit control and receiving returns. 
At Kinangop dairy limited I exercised my skills of reconciliation accountant through; 
• Receiving and posting customer payments. 
• Timely writing  reports on depot van leakers, mileage reports and return expenses  
• Facilitated printing of documents such as ;Invoices, credit notes and local purchase order. 
• Timely disbursement of sales document such as ;cash sale booklet, credit notes among other documents to salesmen and  
• Maintained an up to date posting of daily route transactions such as; Posting returns of products from the market and customers credit notes .

▪ Handled calls to address inquiries within department and concerns across departments. 
▪ Received and posted customer payment such as cheques.   
▪ Maintained up-to date millage report and on-time reporting to the respective  department in charge 
▪ Responsible in Printing of documents such as invoices  and credit notes  and issuing of Local Purchase order on daily basis to the delivery clerks as well as give them necessary document books such as delivery note books for picking adjustment as well as billing customers who needed products not ordered as per the invoice

- March 2020 to August 2020 Main Responsibilities 
My duties included: Planning, Execution ,data validation , data editing, survey ,data analysis, reporting, filling and coordination. 
As a research assistant, I contributed towards the vision of Millward Brown East Africa Limited by offering my customer service and research skills through;
