Job Description
⦁ Provide assistance to Hotel and Day guests visiting the Water Park or at the Resort: pertaining to General Knowledge and queries.
⦁ Reception and assessment of  Guest Complaints, Comments and Suggestions and connecting with the necessary Parties to their solving. Staying in contact with the Guest(s) until the solving of the situation.
⦁ Immediate supervision and inspection of assigned duties of the Lifeguard team.
⦁ Quality Control of the Resort’s operation as it pertains to the Lifeguard team. and Water Park Operations and Running.
⦁ Liaise between Team Members and Operations Managers.
⦁ Responding to all First Aid emergencies within the Water Park and/ or Resort Pools and Beaches; clear them and hand over to medical assistance teams if necessary.
⦁ Regularly Plan, Conduct and Log Lifeguard Training classes in Aquatic and Basic Safety; also follow up with staff attendance of these.
⦁ Track and Log maintenance issues within the Park and liaise with the necessary Departments and follow up on their completion.
⦁ Assist in coming up with Incentive plans for effective staff morale and motivation within my Department.
