I have worked with several  organizations including, insteel limited and proteq automation limited. Among these I have demonstrated both management and leadership skills, hard work and diligent commitment to completion of the assigned tasks on time.I have gained experience in Recruitment process, Payroll Management, Files  and Record management, Training needs Assessment and Projections, memos, letter and correspondence drafting, skill matrices and skill grading, employee rewards and motivations, leave administrations, adjustments and computations.
 

 I am Human resource management generalist and a bachelor of commerce degree holder from the Kenyatta University, trained in several human resource management fields including but not limited to: Human Resource Management 1 and 2, Public Relations, Recruiting and staffing, Employee training and development, work and Reward, occupational health and safety and welfare among other Human Resource Management operations.
