  • Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
  • Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information. 
  • Manage and monitoring the cash flow for the whole company on a daily basis.
  • Predicting future financial trends.
  • In-charge of Budgeting, budgetary control and forecasting. 
  • Manage all debt collection for the company. 
  • Reviewing all Project related expenditure to ensure they are as per the agreed project implementation plan. 
  • Providing advice about how the company and future business decisions might be impacted. 
  • Producing financial reports related to Management Reports, account payables, account receivables, expenses. 
  • Developing long-term business plans based on reports. 
  • Managing relationships with clients and ensuring the vetting of creditworthiness status of new accounts before transacting with them. 
  • In-charge of the whole Supply Chain Management at the company. 
  • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk. 
  • Managing the credit management function and overseeing the credit control function. 
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. 
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. 
  • Analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. 
  • Actively engage with external key stakeholders such as banks, the KRA and other relevant bodies. 
  • Work hand in hand with Head of departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Oversees performance management process and support in ensuring high engagement of staff.

BACHELOR DEGREE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (second class upper division) - Moi University

CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT ( CPA-K) - KASNEB
