Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing a team of ten sales representative members in the field by receiving right feedback from them about the status of market on a daily basis 
• Delegating duties to the team members towards achieving the sales target and ensuring the targets have been met at the end of the session.
• Installing new customers onboard and maintaining them through follow up on CRM and B2C.
• Following upon potential customers’ consumption on CRM and B2C on a daily basis.
• Technological support on the right use and maintenance of the smart meters during and after installations.
• Responsible to the efficient use of the company vehicles in such a manner that the company assets are optimized.
• Technological support to the logistics department in the installations and maintenance of smart meters and in training customers on how to use the smart meters and the safety precautions while using M-GAS products.
• Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
