Controlling and coordinating HASHI operations and requirements of the MONUSCO rations supply
Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics to operation manager
KPI for the deliveries against customer orders
Manage and controlling a team of 67 staff 
Briefing supervisors and warehouse staff daily on the expectations
Keep stock control systems up to date and daily
Overseeing stock control and processing orders to clients
Maintain and organize training for  warehouse supervisors and warehouse staff job by coaching, counseling
Coordinate with the UN representatives on what’s expected on clients
Ensure all appropriate safety regulations are being followed by staff, also proper hygiene and security in work environment
Handling finances allocated and budgeting as accountability is essential
Overseeing planned maintaining for delivery vehicles
Scheduling staff and delivery trucks to arrange delivery and schedule loading
Visiting clients to monitor the quality of services they are receiving
Responding to and dealing with clients queries and having them solved
Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems
