I am reliable and dependable and often seek new responsibilities within various employment areas. I have an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done. I am determined and decisive. I identify and develop opportunities.
My biggest strengths are empathy and great communication skills. I always actively listen to the customer and then talk him/her through how to solve his problem or what I'm doing to help him out. I try to put myself in the customer's shoes and make sure I can understand their needs best.
