I am Motivated and experienced professional with five years of experience in implementing and monitoring nutrition, health programs, GBV and protection providing technical assistance and supervision to staff, and coordinating with local authorities and UN organizations. Strong background in, health and nutrition and grant management. 

I have Overseen implementation and monitoring of health and Nutrition project for a sum unit of over $20M portfolio funded by multi-lateral and bilateral donors including USADF, FCDO/DFID/UKAID, ECHO, EU, and BMZ. Led thedesign and roll out of sophisticated monitoring systems to track output-level data and fidelity of implementation parameters. Supported capacity building onmonitoring, business development, and in- country data quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting. Conducted M&E and other capacity building trainings for internal staff, partners, and community groups in compliance with organizational learning strategies. Worked closely with Somali stakeholders in Health, Nutrition, WASH and Protection sectors to set project goals and provide ongoing monitoring. Prepared conceptnotes and projectproposals for new funding opportunities.

• Ensure M&E systemsare developed and strengthened to guide projectstart up, implementation, adjustment, accountability and learning in compliance with Aamins M&E Guidelines and Minimum Requirementsfor M&E
• Management of all data collection platforms and monitoring systems including development and roll out of necessarytools and platforms.
• In collaboration with Technical HoDs (WASH, FSL, NUT MED), the Senior M&E Technical Advisor and  the DCD proposepossible improvements and/or streamlining of MEAL tools.
• Actively participate in the development of project logical frameworks to ensure objectives are clearly constructed and indicators are SMART and respond to process, outputs,and outcome.
• Support the inclusion of M&E activities in new project proposals and their implementation at country level, in collaboration with the senior management countryteam.
• Manage Open Data Kit (ODK) platformfor the mission; lead on roll-out of mobile data collection withinthe mission,to include training,troubleshooting, and supportfor ODK use in the field
• Facilitate documentation of Project activities with clear articulation of lessons learnedbest practices and case studies for each project for internal and external sharing.
• Organize and coordinate midtermreviews, learning workshops, review of programwork plans with nutrition, WASH and FSL team at field level and other stakeholders.
