I worked as an intern at Trade Winds Aviation services based in JKIA. I worked for 4 months that's from July to October 2021 as a Customer service agent. I gained excellent customer service skills, Interpersonal skills as well gained confidence in myself.

Education

I studied  for an IATA Diploma in Consulting the Travel business as well as calculating fares and ticketing with Amadeus at Air travel and related studies center.
