I am forwarding my resume to join you as a  Chef in your organization. I would appreciate being considered for the position. I have been part of the hospitality and food service industry for 10 years now in adverse venues. I have been looking for a growth opportunity and a chance to further my career in a new environment . I’m sure you will agree this prospect is right for both of us.

 

Your organization is of course noted as  prestigious but it is also highly commended for its standards and the high standards in its menus. I know I can help maintain that reputation. I have an extensive history developing ideas for restaurant menus. As a Chef-de-Partie I have also trained junior chefs and collaborated with senior chefs in the design of recipes menus and food presentation. I am certified in the safety of food handling and have a Diploma in Culinary Arts and also take great pleasure in providing a high level of customer service.
