I am writing to apply for this organization's Customer Support Associate position.

The attached resume has a complete look at my experience and skills relevant to this position but here is a brief look at what I have to contribute to your company. I also have some sales experience where I gained hands-on training by working directly with customers in person and by phone.

I am energetic and team-oriented with the ability to provide support and advice to customers and co-workers. I have excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate my thoughts and information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. I also have excellent writing skills with the ability to accurately and thoroughly record all information and correspondences.

I possess active listening skills with the ability to listen to what the customer is saying to determine exactly what the problem is and to get an idea of what may have caused the problem to occur. I have outstanding troubleshooting skills with the ability to determine the source of problems and then I can find the best solution to get the system back up and running smoothly again.

I believe in providing the best possible service to everyone I encounter by taking that extra step to ensure they are satisfied before the conversation ends. I believe that this quality service combined with my experience and skills makes me the perfect candidate for this position.
