There are certain types of food we can eat,that can cause different diseases.In other words am trying to emphasis on the diet one should consume because some have high % of Cloris.One should eat food with low Cloris and also little protein %.Food is good for the body but eat at a low quality especially its night time because the more you eat at late hours,the more the food will not be digest in the body.In conclusion eat a balanced diet to avoid certain diseases which are brought about by improper diet/feeding.Hope you apply it in you daily routine to be馃挭馃挭n healthy
