    Qualifications
    Required Qualifications

    PhD in Nursing.
    Masters in Nursing in any of the nursing specialties
    Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
    Experience in clinical nursing practice, including patient care and nursing procedures.
    A strong commitment to teaching, research, and the nursing profession.
    Effective communication and mentoring skills.
    Ability to collaborate with colleagues and students effectively.
    Fulfills Commission for University Education requirements for the position.
    Demonstrable ability to engage in independent research, with an established record of scholarly publication.
    Demonstrable success in the supervision of postgraduate students.
    Have attracted research funds or development funds or educational resources.
