RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to the duty station on time and inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in a roadworthy conditionReview the assigned orders in the system or as instructed by the supervisorLoad the vehicle with adequate fuel pellets, cookers, stands and any other necessary items needed by customersDiscuss the route plan and delivery priorities with the direct SupervisorIdentify opportunities or vulnerabilities in how we operate and escalate to management. Implement plans by management to mitigate operational risksParticipate in end-user-testing of applications and any other form of required trainingEnsure the sales teams have the operational support they need to excel at their workCollect & swap faulty cookers and update the serial numbers in the systemTroubleshoot and fix easy to resolve product issues when requested by customersUpdate completed deliveries on the systemEscalate payment delays to the direct SupervisorEscalate any quality issues on the vehicle that might need repairReport and book for scheduled maintenance when mileage threshold has been exceededEnsure that the vehicle is clean and presentable at all timesEscalate when any compliance issues arise or when documents are about to expireAny other duties as may be assigned from time to time
