    Job Purpose Statement:


    As an NDC Program Analyst, is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies and solutions to improve our distribution capabilities.

    This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of NDC projects, monitor progress, and contribute to enhancing our distribution processes.


    Principal Accountabilities (KEY Performance areas):
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document distribution capabilities program objectives and requirements.
    Analyze existing distribution processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
    Assist in the development of a comprehensive NDC (New Distribution Capabilities) strategy aligned with business goals.
    Collect and analyze data related to distribution performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
    Generate regular reports and dashboards to track the progress of NDC initiatives.
    Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement metrics to measure the success of distribution programs.
    Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of NDC solutions into existing systems.
    Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives.
    Provide guidance and support to operational teams in implementing NDC program recommendations.
    Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools related to distribution capabilities and automation.
    Assist in the selection and implementation of NDC software, systems, and technologies.
    Oversee the testing and deployment of NDC solutions, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.
    Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of NDC programs and recommend adjustments as needed.
    Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in distribution and logistics.

    Work closely with internal and external partners to align NDC initiatives with company goals and ensure collaboration and support.

    Job Requirements

    University graduate in a commercial related field and
    7 years in Airline Commercial department
    Proficiency in MSOffice, Internet, and Databases
    Working knowledge of reservation systems
    Working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
    Fluent in spoken and written English
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    Ability to lead and motivate a team
    Ability to work in a changing environment
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
