Have also worked as an ICT support  Lance Alexander communications Ltd a  Telecommunications company in Kenya that sales 3CX software among other IT services.    
  
Am Flexible, good  in database management, Data entry, Outlook , Excel , Word , power point  ,   
Programming , Networking and configuration of devices e.g. IP phones, Software & Hardware Maintenance, Networks Infrastructure Management information security, systems administration, and server management, website design and development.  I also have knowledge in Customer Support help desk  e.g Jira, knowledge on call Centre data analytics, Tableau, and also generation of Leads.   
  
 

Education

Academically am a bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science from Kibabii University.
