    JOB SUMMARY

    What You'll Need To SucceedBA/B.Sc. or higher in relevant fields incl. Design, Creative, Business, Technology5+ years of experience in a consulting role in strategy consulting or technology consulting, with at least 2+ years in a project management/team leadership roleA passion for generative AI and programmatic creationExperience in implementing and managing generative AI systems in a creative contextAbility to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detailHigh level of knowledge and craft in generative AI to provide top-notch design and directionExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsBias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Advise our clients on the implementation of Generative AI into their workflows, including preparation of workshops, analyzing existing workflows for the impact of GenAI, prioritizing use cases and alignment with key stakeholdersManage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring they stay on time and within budget, and leading 2-3 people-strong consulting teamsConfiguring and implementing Generative AI tools for our clients, including custom GPTs, MidJourney prompt libraries and Runway environment setup; and integrating themon into their existing systems through low-code/no-code integrations (e.g., Zapier, )Lead upskilling training courses and change management for the integration of Generative AI into their workforceDeveloping our customer base, including the preparation of letter of proposals and leading of exploratory calls with existing and new customersCollaborate with creative services teams and dedicated account teams to successfully grow and develop our customersSupport in shaping our AI-driven creative consultancy strategies to meet our customer's needs and goals.Partner with our customers on an ongoing basis, building trust through AI-driven creative delivery to increase their business valueDevelop and grow yourself and your team as thought leaders in AI within the creative industryActively problem-solve on your projects and accounts, contributing to making Superside even better
