    Job Description:

    We are seeking experienced and dedicated Trainers in the following areas:

    1. Hospitality Management,
    2. Events Management,
    3. Culinary Operations,
    4. Culinary Arts,
    5. Housekeeping & Laundry,
    6. Food & Beverage,
    7. Catering & Accommodation,
    8. Baking Technology.

      The successful candidates will have a strong background in their respective fields, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students in the hospitality industry.

      Key Responsibilities:
      1. Instructional Delivery:
      2. Prepare and deliver instructional activities, lessons, and demonstrations.
      3. Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and accommodate different learning styles.

      4. Curriculum Development:
      5. Participate in the development and review of curriculum and course materials.
      6. Ensure course content aligns with the latest industry trends and practices.

      7. Assessment and Evaluation:
      8. Develop and implement assessment methods to evaluate student learning and skill development.
      9. Provide constructive feedback to students.

      10. Student Support:
      11. Provide academic and career advice to students.
      12. Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

      13. Professional Development:
      14. Continually update knowledge and skills in the subject area and in teaching methods.

      15. Collaboration and Communication:
      16. Collaborate with other faculty and staff to support student learning and success.
      17. Participate in departmental and college meetings and committees.

      18. Industry Engagement:
      19. Maintain connections with industry professionals and employers.
      20. Facilitate opportunities for students to gain practical experience and to network with industry professionals.

        Qualifications:
      21. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
      22. At least 3 years of industry experience in the respective area.
      23. At least 2 years of teaching experience in a TVET institution is preferred.
      24. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      25. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
      26. Current knowledge of industry practices and trends.
