    Job Summary:
    The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy of Wasoko.

    This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and establishing strong client relationships.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's sales vision and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
    Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.


    Team Leadership:
    Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
    Set clear sales targets, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    Create and implement sales incentive programs to drive motivation and performance.


    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    Revenue Generation:
    Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

    Qualifications:
