    We are looking for a Senior Property Marketing Manager with 7+ years Experience in Real Estate Industry to help a diverse range of clients with selling, renting and buying of real estate.

    Note: *Must have 7+ years Experience in Real Estate Industry*

    Location: Crossway Rd, Westlands, Nairobi

    Position Offered: Senior Property Sales & Marketing Manager

    Qualifications Required; Diploma in property marketing and management or related course

    Experience Required: 7+ years

    Expatriate / Local Talent: Local

    Any Specific Skills Required:

    • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, Resourceful, Must display high degree of emotional maturity, Ability to work under pressure, Ability to meet targets, Should be aggressive and focused.

    • Proficient in MS Office,

    • Social and Digital marketing skills, strong team work skills.

    Age Limit: 35-45 years

    Brief Job Description:

    (Roles and responsibilities):

    • Help a diverse range of clients with selling, renting and buying of real estate

    • Execute sales agreements between clients.

    • Maintain the company portfolio.

    • Commercial and Residential property management

    Reporting Structure: Mon- Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

    Saturdays: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm (hours may vary)
