    Summary

    The candidate will ensure world class standards of the cabin and IFE systems for guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
    Principal Accountabilities (Responsibility)

    Cabin serviceability- Close planned maintenance tasks and send serviceability status daily.
    Cabin ADDs – All ADDs raised to have correct part numbers, shortage and linked in OASES. Less than 7% troubleshooting ADDs of the total count and less than 8% ground time ADDs.
    Cost –Optimization of consumables, Panasonic and Zodiac parts, ordering required parts only and adherence to the leave roster.
    Attendance and safety – adhering to hub control roster, identify near misses and OTI's.
    Reporting incidents/accident occurrences as per the company procedures.
    Loading and offloading portable WIFI servers and batteries after every flight.
    Carrying out planned maintenance work as per the daily bill of works.
    Accurately recording and signing off maintenance tasks carried out.
    Performing BITE offloads and carrying out the recommended actions from the DART review.
    Have Safran seats maintenance approvals.
    Have Panasonic inflight entertainment systems approvals.
    Load new IFE media content within the stipulated timelines.
    Resolve blocked and restricted seats within the stipulated timelines.
    Competent in stretcher removal/installation.
    Competent in Galley inserts maintenance.

    Job Requirements

    Qualification(Minimum)

    Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
    A-rating approvals.
    Safran seats and Panasonic IFE approvals.
    Single or Dual AMEL.
    5 years of cabin maintenance.
    Knowledge of KCAA and KQ procedures
    Be current in all mandatory trainings
