Musa is a versatile results-driven professional with 16+ years of comprehensive experience developing Creative Media for clients, peers and senior leadership as well as developing relationships that provide sustainable business solutions.

He has studied information technology and is also a self-taught two-dimension and three-dimension computer animator. This is a skill that he has accomplished through self-learning by the use of online tutorials. Through the practical application of these skills he communicates ideas that inspire, inform and even capture the attention of the audience.

Delivering of goods and services to clients during the Covid-19 Pandemic in adherence to government sanctioned protocols whilst maintaining a 97% customer satisfaction rating on the Uber-EATS application throughout this period.Reducing the inconvenience of commuting across town by clients who are not able to leave their domestic or office premises, to get their packages due to time, distance or workload constraints.

January 2020 – June 2020 | Virtual Essence | Creative Consultant

Improving the learning experience in the classroom by 50% through utilization of digital content while still ensuring 100% completion of the syllabus and enabling revision of past papers hence leading to 50% improvement in final exam results.Reducing the burden of carrying school books by students and the related budget cost by 50% through the animation of educational content.

January 2018 - December 2018 | Musamedia Productions | 3D Character Animator/ Graphic ArtistA research I conducted revealed a growing demand for three-dimensional (3-D) animation hence proactively adapted to this development in-order to take advantage of growing opportunities in the market.Proposed and produced a 3-D television commercial advertisement to illustrate the need for better product awareness using 3-D animated content.

January 2017 - December 2017 | Cheruscopic Productions | 2D Character Animator/ Graphic Artist

Provided animation production services as a contracted freelance animator and collaborated as a team to create digital assets required for the crucial initial stages of preparation referred to as Pre-production.

Comprehensively stream-lined the animation production process at Cheruscopic Productions by setting up a production pipe-line for the effective production of animated content through the use of CGI (Computer Generated Imaging).

Successfully produced an animated cartoon pilot episode christened “Machismo” that was later exhibited in international film festivals to source for additional production funds.

Participated in the successful production of Kenya’s first ever animated cartoon series christened “Tinga-tinga tales” and also gained knowledge on practical organizational composition of animation production to improve efficiency.

Provided training services to a class of fifteen for three months with an average success rate of ninety percent (90%) completion rate for certificate course.

Contributed towards the growth of the nascent animation industry in Kenya by offering tuition to a class of fifteen students per semester.

Established Musamedia Productions after a research that I conducted revealed a loop-hole in government administration.I proceeded to successfully create content to spread awareness about the same, targeting the voting demographic and to engage new voters.

Distributed content in Digital Broadcast format as an entrepreneur in partnership with select retail outlets strategically located in the Central Business District and recorded increase in product sales. 

Gathered practical knowledge and experience in setting up and registering of a business in conformity with Kenya laws and good business practices.
