With over 10 years of work experience in the food and security sectors, I am the owner of Shakes 'N' Cakes, a fast-growing chain of dessert cafes in Kenya. As the owner, I oversee the strategic vision, financial performance, and operational excellence of the company, as well as the recruitment, training, and retention of over 25 employees.
