I am a jack of all trades type of person always seeking to learn new skills more efficient ways of doing things. I have a collaborative style of management and enjoy building a teamwork mentality. I enjoy empowering people to use their specific strengths in order to accomplish tasks. I value feedback from coworkers and believe no concern or complaint is too small not to be addressed.

I have over 12 years experience in areas of management, logistics, human resources, marketing, staff training, and event planning in a variety of settings including the veterinary and hotel/hospitality industries. I also have superb leadership, conflict management, and problem solving skills. I always seek to learn new skills and consistently seek out more efficient and effective ways of accomplishing tasks and motivating others.

I have completed 3 years of study at the University of Oklahoma in areas of political science, business and sociology
