I am a motivated graduate from Karatina University who pursued a degree in Project Planning and Management. I am currently looking for an opportunity to gain practical skills and knowledge in the business environment.

Experience

I was exposed to industrial skills from 29th July, 2021 to 7th October, 2021 as an attaché at State Department for Housing and Urban Development under Slum Upgrading Department.

Activities;

• Took part in the social economic survey of the 23 No. villages in Athi River sub-county, Machakos County for three weeks; administering questionnaires during data collection.
• Participated in data sorting, entry and analysis in the process of identifying of the Project Affected Persons for Mavoko Sustainable Neighborhood Program (SNP).
• Took part in the management of mortgage repayment by the beneficiaries (Tenant Purchasers) of Kibera Soweto East ‘A’ housing project.
• Participated in sensitization /barazas of the residents of Kibera at Langata-Decanting Site Estate and Kibera Soweto East on saving through housing cooperatives to access upgraded facilities and rent / mortgage payment.
• Took part in auditing of the Kibera Soweto East ‘A’ Housing project – Canaan ‘A’ Estate as part of the estate management of upgraded facilities.
