1. Helpdesk:

• Assisted users with E-mail, E-class, and Active Directory account problems.
• Provided support for staff members experiencing internet and printer issues.
• Installed printers, shared printer drivers, and resolved scanner problems.
• Set up workstations and managed cable connections.
• Helped students with email resets and account-related queries.

1. Formatting and Installation of Software:

• Installed and activated operating systems such as Windows 10 and Windows 7.
• Installed and configured Microsoft Office versions (2010, 2013, and 2016).
• Installed web browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Chrome.
• Installed document reader software like Adobe Acrobat.
• Installed and updated antivirus software like Kaspersky and ESET.

1. Hardware:

• Upgraded computers by adding RAM and transitioning them from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
• Performed preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning CPUs, keyboards, and printers.
• Crimped Ethernet cables using RJ45, Cat 6, and Cat 5 twisted cables.
• Replaced faulty peripherals like keyboards, mice, monitors, and UPS batteries.
• Set up computers in new locations or offices.
• Configured switches and wireless routers.
• Replaced toner cartridges in various printers.

1. Networking:

• Troubleshot internet connectivity issues.
• Resolved user login problems on the firewall when accessing the internet.
