Currently, I am leading a team in building  a centralized core management system for processing all classes of claims and managing our third party service providers. The module will be handling a portfolio of 5B worth of claims annually. This will help the back office team to have a view and get to know the process where the claim is at, at a glance and gives the client a quick and timely response. This will save on operations cost and save on time spent on reviewing the claims.
Also, working on a mobile application for the client to be in a position to buy different types of insurance products and submit claims through the application. This is to make our client's life easy and also to give them the freedom to choose what they need to buy at whatever time.
Within an year I came up with product strategies, product vision, user stories, and eventually a working product which is an assessment Centre portal being a B2B, that has saved the organization revenues over 30 million in six months.
This improved on reduced turn around time, change from manual processes, having a fraud free system and end to end damaged vehicle assessment system.
