I am a Healthcare professional with a vast experience in health care institution as a patient attendant, client relations and handling general office administration duties. This position will allow me the opportunity to utilize my experience gained as a Client Service/ Liaison Officer where I co-managed in all areas of customer relations, pre-authorisations, co-ordinating with referrals for patients with chronic ailments, participating in wellness/ health talks through physical and virtual meetings, report writing, being in liaison with other Departments in enhancing corporate social responsibility and enhancing team work with people in diverse professional settings. I am proficient in computer applications, Web ERP Linux systems and management information and accounting systems with an  experience of more than ten years in general office administration  and   conversant with customer relationship management systems and digital platforms.
