There, I was given the opportunity to maintain all the machinery, and inspect all the machines to identify the problems. In addition, I worked on the development of the implementation of the new manufacturing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce expenses and maintained various professional tools and equipment. For constantly performing well , I was awarded the employee of the month thrice and consequently the employee of the year.

Roles:
Ensuring preventative maintenance is done on a daily basis.
Advising the management on the best ways to achieve high productivity with the existing equipment’s.
