Responsibilities
Commercial Litigation/ dispute resolution – I represent various clients in court on intricate commercial disputes. This includes drafting the necessary pleadings and filling the same in court, court attendance, attending strategy litigation meetings, advising clients on best ways to solve commercial disputes through alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation).
Employment and Labor relations practice – I advise clients on best practices in the labor market to ensure they are compliant with the laws governing employment contracts, termination of employment (termination on notice and redundancy), drafting and reviewing employment contracts and facilitating clients to settle employment disputes through alternative dispute resolution.
Conveyancing - I continue to advise and represent various clients in real estate transactions. My expertise includes undertaking due diligence in the transactions, drafting and reviewing sales agreements, charges and leases.
Corporate commercial and company secretarial practice - I have acted for several clients in corporate commercial transaction. I have undertaken transactional due diligence including preparation of due diligence reports, drafting commercial agreements such as Partnership Deeds, Joint Venture Agreements, Business Transfer Agreements and Share Agreements. I have registered business entities for local clients and advised foreign clients on doing business in Kenya. I advise clients on intellectual property protection and act for them in trade mark registration and opposition at KIPI. 
Legal research - I undertake legal research on various legal issues.
