Develop and implement a quarterly retail operations plan, prepare retail operations budget and drive P&L culture within the team. Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients and meet or exceed sales goals.

Drive implementation of sales strategies and ensure organization profitability through planning, execution and management of retail team. Provide motivation, coaching and monthly performance review for team members. 

Generate leads, helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports, giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients and coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Understand and promote company programs.

Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients, preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Maintain client records.

Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
