I have worked at Sama (formerly Samasource) as data processing associate for two years. I have also worked with Emergency Aid Training Services on part time basis as customer care contact person and I have handled data with high confidentiality and accuracy for both companies. I have strong English and Kiswahili mastery and phone etiquette. I also work well under pressure, meeting deadlines even when there is a lot of work to be done. My previous employers have always been happy with my work, and I am confident that I would be an important force to your company.
