Position: Human Resource Manager (Resourcing & Administration)

Period: July 2021 to Date

  • Plan, develop and implement end to end recruitment programs.
  • Processing payroll and ensuring all employees are registered with NSSF, NHIF,PAYE and that proper records are maintained and reports are generated and submitted in compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Played an integral role in the development and implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures for all departments consistent with labor laws and best practice.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • In charge of all administrative functions such as budgeting, acquisition and payment of recurrent expenses and other company resources.
  • Ensuring the company has a motivated workforce through organizing monthly, quarterly,  and yearly team building activities and events.
  • Managing team performance through setting of targets and periodically reviewing departmental KPIs.
  • Monitor process and take charge of the implementation of changes in the terms of service and advice payroll, managers and staff as necessary.
  • Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office utilities
  • Facilitate team capacity building through training and advice on development initiatives. 
  • Managing seamless separation while gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor team's sales performance and oversee daily trades.
  • Oversee proper and efficient execution of departmental duties.
  • Setting team goals and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure client disputes relating to trades are resolved with urgency.
  • Prepare HR reports as required from time to time.

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Processing payroll monthly including monthly statutory filing of PAYE, NHIF and NSSF.
  • Managing seamless separation while gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Maintaining accurate up to date staff records including contract management.

  • Facilitate team capacity building through training and advice on development initiatives. 
  • Keeping track of account balances and managing petty cash.
  • Monitor the implementation of  policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.

 

Position: Resourcing and Administration Agent

Period: July 2019 to Date January 2020

 

Maintaining accurate up to date staff records.

  • Processing payroll monthly including monthly statutory filing of PAYE, NHIF and NSSF.
  • Facilitate team capacity building through training and advice on development initiatives.

  • Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
  • Coordinated all recruitment activities and induction process for new employees.
