Experience

I've worked as a tele sales agent for Jumia a role I was passionate about. My contract ended and was moved to Mshwari where I worked as a debt collecting agent for two years. Had an excellent performance record in terms of collection, conversion and Quality Analysis. The desire to grow my experience level landed me at First Assurance still under CCI where I’m currently working as a customer care representative. My role is to receive calls from hospitals, insurance brokers and our insured members for any queries concerning the insurance. I also deal with approving or declining cases from hospitals via emails.
