Regular audit of staff file checklist, ensuring information is updated on the system to
coincide with file details.
(iii)
Ensuring all exiting staff files are placed in the right shelves periodically to ensure easy
retrieval during calculation of final dues.
(iv)
Calculating final dues for exiting employees.

Uploading and updating leave balance status for the employees
(vi)
Facilitate clearance of staffs on exit by ensuring they do not exit without clearing with
relevant departments and filling of exit questionnaire.
(vii)
Ensuring that all staff have updated contracts and inform the Head of HR on contracts
due for renewal and update the same periodically.
