Duties and Responsibilities

  • Firewall configuration and usage (Sophos and Sophos)
  • Hardware, pcs, servers, printers, switches diagnosis and repair,
  •  Installation of hotel systems software’s; Fidelio, micros, sun and opera, payroll and HR master
  • Pbx maintenance and generating daily daily reports.
  • Opening and maintaining Safes and onity door locks
  • Providing audio visual support in all conference halls in the hotel.
  • Interface management (BWPL, Wi-Fi and lock)
  • End user support in regards to IT related issues.
  • Performing monthly email backups.
  • Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance of all IT items.
