A focused, conscientious and physically fit individual who has a long track record of successfully identifying, planning, implementing ad evaluating the nursing requirement of patients. Stephen is able to demonstrate a consistently high standard of nursing care and is more than able to contribute to the continuing development of professional nursing practice in any clinical environment. He is able to work autonomously, committed to the physical and mental wellbeing of patients. 

In my current post as a Home Based Care Nurse. I have learn on counselling both Family Members and The patient, to anable  them to be in term with patients condition. 

Secondly in my past work as A Registered Nurse in mental Health and Psychiatry. 

I was able to gain Confidence and Be A bridge to Patients who were recovering  from Substance of abuse.  I Played major role in counseling  patient on Mental illness by educating of important of Drug adherence,  common causes of mental illness and how to prevent. 

Thirdly , I have worked in Clinics Where my role was to Take patients history, and coming up with impression and treatment. I have skills in Drug Administration. 

I was able to attend and do counseling to teenagers, adolescent and adults on Issues and Challenges they were reporting. 

I schooled at kenya Medical Training College, where I pursued Diploma In Nursing, Mental Health and psychiatry.
