I worked in the logistics department as a logistic agent and a dispatch operator for a three-month contract (EMP NO. VBSE954) whereby I was involved in sorting of products in the warehouse according to delivery locations and assisting in keeping track of items in the warehouse as they enter and leave the warehouse.

I worked in customer service at Jumia’s call center on a three months contract. My duties included receiving calls pertaining placing orders on behalf of customers, questions arising from customer orders and other inbound calls.

I worked in the Procurement department as an intern for a period of three months. This aided me acquiring the necessary skills needed in the fields job market and translating theory to field work. 

My most relevant education is in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. As a recent graduate, I have gained valuable skills in analyzing complex data to optimize supply chain processes, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
