Processing of invoices in Microsoft dynamics system, receipting parents through Engage system, Bank
reconciliation, Processing of VAT, WHT, PAYE among other roles assigned by Supervisor.
2. Human Resource Intern- International Planned Parenthood Federation HR from March 2022 to June 2022
which involved performing all roles under the Human Resource Manager

Initiating invoices in NetSuite Oracle for review and approval, Processing of financial transactions in
NetSuite system as has been allocated to ensure financial data is updated, Retrieval of financial transactions
and related supporting documents as requested by auditors, ensuring all financial documents are placed in
files and are properly maintained (properly labelled and indexed), scanning and sending documents as
required and escalating any queries arising from auditors to Finance Officers for resolution
