My biggest strengths are empathy and great communication skills. I always actively listen to the people and talk through how to solve their problems or what I'm doing to help them out. Experience
I have more than two years of experience working in customer service and four years of experience working as an academic/content writer. The position I enjoyed the most was working as a customer service agent/receptionist in a hotel. I was responsible for facilitating client communication, distributing requests to others, checking in with clients, solving any problems they had, and answering questions among other responsibilities. This allowed me to assist our clients and learn more about various departments.
