I am looking to apply my previous experience in customer service and office administration by providing excellent customer service while contributing to take your company above and beyond its hiring needs. I am willing to work diligently, following quality standards according to the company policies thus helping in increasing revenue and market share in the process. In addition, I am willing to learn and acquire new skills as to improve my service provision as a staff member of the company at large.
 

I have worked as an office administrator and customer care provider over a period of 8 years hence I have mastered the art in providing exquisite customer service.

I have attained a grade of B+ in my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education and an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management at Moi University.
