I have worked on several projects from data annotation to content moderation and research, I hold a diploma in graphic design, video production, video editing, and theology. . I am a professional artificial intelligence analyst, online freelancer, and customer service delivery personnel with hands-on experience, exceptional communication and ethical skills with proficiency in documentation, record keeping, and problem-solving.
My working experience at Sparkle ict Center and Samasource has helped me improve my skills in leadership, allowed me to gain organizational skills, and provided me with extensive knowledge of service delivery and computer skills.
