I hereby humbly submit my application for the above stated position. I am Kenyan female aged 24 years and I hold a Degree in Applied Communication, graduated last year from Multimedia University of Kenya.
I have worked and gained valuable experience;I have recently been on an internship programme with caring international Nairobi as an Public Relations intern . I have Experience managing social media platforms like twitter, Facebook accounts and their LinkedIn . I hsve good communication skills im also good at writing. I also have the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data correctly . I understand the email marketing principles and with also good experience managing websites using a content management system . Im self-driven and able to deliver results, im a good team player. I have been able to gain valuable experience on tool to promote an organization’s products and services which can help solve problems in a timely manner if there are issues that the public is concerned about.I have a wide knowledge on how to improve and maintain an organization’s reputation and brand image. Have also worked with customers , where I get customer feedback to create better products or services.Have learnt how I can educate employees by conveying information about the organization through internal communications with other employees and help an organisation discover new market opportunities which can help develop new markets for products. Have learnt how to use the social media which is a tool, use of brochures,news letters, website and also videos.
