Experience
I have progressive professional experience across human resources, customer service, sales, marketing, administration, and accounting support. As an HR Site Supervisor, I oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, contracting, onboarding, payroll processing, leave and attendance management, HR records management, performance coordination, disciplinary handling, employee relations, and full labor law compliance. I act as a key liaison between employees, clients, and management, resolving grievances, supporting staff development, and fostering positive workplace culture while delivering high-quality HR services that support client retention and business growth.
My experience as a Business Executive strengthened my skills in sales strategy, outbound and inbound prospecting, client intelligence, contract negotiation, account management, market research, and revenue growth, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. I have also worked extensively in customer service and front-office roles, where I handled calls, resolved escalations, applied active listening, managed executive schedules, maintained confidential records, supported marketing initiatives, and ensured excellent customer experiences. Additionally, I gained foundational financial exposure as an Accountant Intern, supporting basic accounting functions and operational accuracy. Across all roles, I bring strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to align people, clients, and business objectives.
Education
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Diploma in Business Administration from Daystar University, which equipped me with strong foundations in marketing strategy, business operations, customer engagement, and organizational management. My academic background is complemented by a High School Equivalency Credential and a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), providing a well-rounded educational foundation that supports my practical experience in human resources, customer service, sales, and business administration.
