…act as the Senior People Business Partner for bolttech's Africa business, partnering closely with the Africa General Manager and leadership team to shape and deliver the People strategy. You will play a key role in integrating the Africa entity into the EMEA Operating Model and supporting the region's growth and scalability. This role combines strategic influence with hands‑on execution in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Business Partnership & Integration
Supporting integration into the EMEA governance model and organisational standards.
- Workforce Planning, Recruitment & Talent
Overseeing full recruitment cycles in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
Managing relationships with local agencies and talent partners.
- People Analytics & Insights
Creating workforce models, forecasts, and presenting insights to leadership.
- Operating Model & Organizational Effectiveness
Strengthening governance and People processes as the region scales.
- Collaboration Across EMEA
Sharing Africa-specific insights and contributing to regional People initiatives.
- Employee Lifecycle & Employee Relations
Providing guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensuring compliance.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
At least 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in scaling or high‑growth organisations.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour law and experience working across African markets.
Background in regional or global matrix environments.
Ability to balance strategic partnership with hands‑on delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in workforce planning, organisational design, and operating model changes.
Advanced analytical capability, including Excel modelling and data interpretation.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience in technology, fintech, insurance, or similarly dynamic sectors is an advantage.
