Roberto Gatimu

I’m an experienced HR professional having worked in both established and startup companies across Kenya and Africa. I have extensive experience in Strategic HR based on Business Acumen, stakeholder management, setting up HR functions, building HR processes from scratch and scaling. I thrive in seeing the bigger picture, identifying possibilities to improve processes, automate routine work and create more opportunities for exciting and strategic work within HR team. I’m curious about people's drivers and motivators to achieve success and be the best versions of themselves.

I have worked for five years since 2018 and specialised in HR since 2019 May. I have grown from an HR officer role to a regional HR Business partner and now to a sole HR Business Partner in my current Organisation.
