I am an all-round and a dedicated social worker and community development professional with a background in providing high-quality care and support to people who are socially excluded or who are experiencing problems in their lives. I am a passionate and results-oriented professional motivated by the need to create a society fit for marginalized communities and individuals to thrive and improve their lives both economically and socially. I bring on board skills in; development studies, social work, community development, and mobilization, and research and project management. I have always wanted to work with an organization that has projects which bring about change and development in the lives of individuals. Client: CAPYEI (Community and Progress Youth Empowerment Institute)

Main Project Features: Implementing Basic Employability Skills Training (BEST) model through public -private partnerships for its sustainability and scalability. Mobilizes and enrols qualified target of youth and the training is guided by labour force demand where training is located as informed by Market Scan research and revisits.
